Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota oras held on the
17th day of May, 1971. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was present.
Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-191
s WHEREAS, Mrs. Lula Winnen, 1235 W. Peony Lane, requested a
subdivision waiver to dive into 3 lots, Lot 1, Block 1, Winnen Addition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BENT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLnIDUTH:
1.That the requirements of Ordinance X166-1 of the Village of
Plymouth passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6,
1966, in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous Records, page 447,
Register of Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota, relating to
the conveyance of parcels of land less than five (5) acres
in area;and 300, feet in width are hereby waived as to the
following described lands subject to easements being granted
f to extend sever and water across said propertias:
Tract A:
That part of Lot 1, Block 1, Winnen Addition lying Wasterlv
of the following described line beginning at a point on
the Northerly line of said Lot 1, distant 225.0' Westerly
of the Northeasterly corner thereof: thence Southerly a
distance 100' thence Westerly a distance of 40.0' thence
Southerly a 'distance of 73.97' to a point on the Southerly
line of said Lot 1, distant 265.0' Westerly of the South-
easterly corner thereof and there terminating.
Tract B.-
That

That part of Lot 1, Block 1, Winnen Addition described as
follows: Beginning at a point in the Southerly line of
said Lot 1 distant 115.0' West of the Southeast corner;
thence Northerly to a point in the Northerly lit:.e of said
Lot 1 distant 115.0' West of the Northeast corner thereof;
thence Wast along said Northerly line a distance of 110.0';
thence South a distance of 100.0'; thence West a distance
of 40.0'; thence South a distance of 73.97' to said Southerly
line of Lot 1, thence East along Southerly line a distance
of 150.0' to the pointof beginning.

Tract C:
The Easterly 115.0' of Lot 1. Block 1, Winnen Addition
as measured along the Northerly and Southerly line
thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
I Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted against or abstained.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

1, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clark of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that`I have carefully ,
comoared.`the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular
meeting of the Village Council of said Village held May 17, 1971,with
the original thereof on file in my office and the acme is a full, true
and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to a
resolution waiving subdivision requirements for Lot 1, Block 1, Winnen
Addition, North 1/2 Section of 31.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate seal
