Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the Village Council of the, Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on
the 17th day of May, 1971. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen .';hnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was
absent.
Councilman Johnson introduced the 4o71nwing 'Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-190
WHEREAS, an agreement was presented for execution for fire
protection to the Village of Medicine Lake.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
The Village Manager is hereby authorized to execute the
Fire Protection Agreement with the Village of Medicine
Lake by the Village of Plymouth.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,
Johnson, Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted against or abstained. Whereupon
the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
