HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1971-189i VILLAGE Or PLYMOUTH i� Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Gouneil :of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 17th day of May, 19,71. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen'Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was absent. li Councilman Hintz introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption.: RESOLUTION NO. 71-189 WHEREAS, plans for Hennepin County Project No. 6840 together with ?specifications and special provisions for the improvement of County t +State Aid Highway #18 within the limits of the Village as a Federal Aid Project have been prepared and presented to the Village: NOW, "HEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: That a.iid plans, specifications and special provisions be in all things approved. The motion for the adoption of`the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmr-i Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted against or abstained. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) 'COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS VILLAGE OF PLY4OUTH) 1, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on May 17, 1971, with the original thereof on file i.a my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
