Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Gouneil :of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
17th day of May, 19,71. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen'Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was absent.
li Councilman Hintz introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption.:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-189
WHEREAS, plans for Hennepin County Project No. 6840 together with
?specifications and special provisions for the improvement of County
t
+State Aid Highway #18 within the limits of the Village as a Federal Aid
Project have been prepared and presented to the Village:
NOW, "HEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
That a.iid plans, specifications and special provisions be in all
things approved.
The motion for the adoption of`the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmr-i Johnson, Hintz,
Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted against or abstained. Whereupon said
resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

1, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of
the Village Council of said Village held on May 17, 1971, with the
original thereof on file i.a my office and the same is a full, true and
complete transcript therefrom.
