VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT h
CALLING FOR PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on
the 17th day of May, 1971. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was
absent.
Councilman Spaeth intziduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-188
WHEREAS, a report was given by the Consultant Engineer to the
Village Council on May 12, 1971, recommending improvement for water
and street improvement, Project #71-0, 8-H, on 36th Avenue North from
Zachary Lane to Jonquil Lane, at an estimated cost of $87,300.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE.
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
I. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement
in accordance with the report and the assessment of
property abutting or within said boundaries for all
or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant
to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111, at an estimated
total cost of the improvement as shown.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed
improvement on the 7th day of June, at the Village
Council Chambers at 149000 23rd Avenue N, in the
Village of Plymouth at 7:30 P.M. o'clock, The
Village Council shall give published notice of such
hearing and Improvement as required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Hunt, Hintz and Spaeth. No one voted against or abstained.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of
May 17, 1971, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same
is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal
