Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 17th day of May, 1971. The following members were present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was absent. Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 7]--186 WHEREAS, a proper legal notice for (Ref. 8) Project 971-0,A Southeast Water Improvement was published for two weeks in the official paper ten days prior to a public hearing set for April 27, 1971 by the Village Council on March 22, 1971. WHEREAS, the residents of Vinewood Lane and Wedgewood Lane in Greer's Orchard Tracts did not receive,a personal legal notice of said hearing. WHEREAS, all residents in Greer's Orchard Tracts Subdivision were sent a legal notice of said improvement for another public hearing to be held at 7.30 P.M. on May 17, 1971 in the Village Council Chambers. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: Such improvement as net out above and for the streets as above indicated and will be assessed for the making of this improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted March 22, 1971 and May 17, 1971. The Village Manager is hereby directed to have the plans and specifications prepared for the making of such improvement. The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofs,Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt.
