HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1971-185VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 10th day of May, 1971. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was absent. t,te tie* Mayor Hilde introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 71-185 WHEREAS, a discussion was held by the Mayor and Council and Planning Commission and the following action was taken with regard to petitioner's who wish to alter his plan so as to gain approval of the Planning Commission. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: To direct the Director of Finance to have the Village Attorney draw up a Resolution that incases where the Planning Commission cannot° accept,a petitioner`s request in total, and the_petiti.oner°decides he would like to alter his plan so as to gain approval of the Planning Commission then another public hearing shall be necessary wherever said changes in the petitioner's original request are substantial. The motion for ;,the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Johnson and.upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaethand Hunt. No one voted against or abstained.
