(special) meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the Sth uay of May , 1971. The following members were present:_ Mayor Hilde, Couacilasa Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt The following members were absent: None ### Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 71-182 WHEREAS, it was recommended by the Finance Director that the existing station wagon used by the Police Department be transferred to the Assessing Dept. for their use and value for same credited to the Police Dept. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: Approval is hereby given to transfer the money from the Reserve Fund to the Police Department for the difference of the trade-in value of the Police Department Station Wagon in the amount of $1,006 and maid wagon shall be transferred from the Police Department to the Assessing Department. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. The following voted against (abstained). None Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. ### STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS. VILLAGE. OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a V#(special) meeting of the Village Council of said Village -held on Hay 5 , 1971, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
