RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS &
PREPARATION OF PLANS
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
5th day of May, 1971.
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,
Johnson, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was absent.
Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-181
WHEREAS, a resolution of the Village Council adopted the 22nd day
of March, 1971 fixed the day of April 27, 1971, as the date for a public
hearing on (Ref. 11) Project #71-1,B Sanitary Sewer, Water and Street
Restoration on Ridgemougt Avenue and Magnolia Lane Improvement for the
following ptopertiag to -wit:
Wilshire Cordons ,Block 3, Lots 1,2,13,14,15,16
Wilshire Cardene Block 4, Lots 2,3,4,5,6,7,8
WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed
for the making of these improvements were given ten days published
notice of the Council hearing through two weekly publications of the
required notice and the hearing was held and the property owners heard
on April 27, 1971.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT .HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYNDUTH':
1. Such improvements as set out above and for the parcels of
property as above Indicated are hereby ordered as proposed
in the council resolution adopted March 22, 1971.
2. The Village Manager in hereby directed to have the plans
and specifications prepared for the making of such
improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Rilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted against or abstained.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have care-
fully compared tNe attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a
special meeting of the Village Council of said Village held May 5, 1971,
with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full,
true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to
Project #71-1,H.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such cleric and the corporate seal
of the Village this 22nd day of June, 1971.
