RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS 6
PREPARATION OF PLANS
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
5th day of May. 1971.
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hintz,
Johnson, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was absent.

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-180
WHEREAS, a resolution of the Village Council adopted the 22nd day
of March, 1971 fixed the day of April 27, 1971, as the date for a
public hearing on (Ref. 4) Project .070 -Dy P.Cotcnmwood Lana Water
Improvement to consider the installation of water soft aad street
tWtorstion on Cotton Wood Lane adjacent to the following described
properties:
Plat 43735, Section 35:
Parcels 6800, 7000, 7210, 7220, 7420, 7440, 7620, 7810,
7820, 7875. 7882.
WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be
assessed for the making of these iaprovesmente vera given ten days
published notice of the Council hearing through two weekly publications
of the required notice and the hearing was held and the property owners
heard on April 27, 1971.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE -IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF PLYMOUTH:
1. Such Improvements as not out above and for the parcels as
as above indicated are hereby ordered as proposed in the
Council resolution adopted March 22, 1971.
2. The Village Manager is hereby directed to have the plans
and specifications prepared for the making of such
improvement.

C The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz, Spaeth and'Eunt. No one Abstained or voted against.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
