The following members were present. 1;or Hilde Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was absent. �g fkir* tkirfk +kt* i Councilawn Hintz introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 71-179 WHEREAS, a resolution of the Village Council adopted the 22nd day of March, 1971 fixed the 27th day of April, 1971 as the date for a public hearing on: (Reg. #8) Project #71-0,A Southeast Water Improve - went with respect to the following described areas, to -wit: The South half, Section 33. The South half, Section 34. The South half, Section 35 The North half, Sectioni33, South of the Minnesota Western Railroad The property adjacent to Zachary Lane 6 County Road #15 in Sect. 36. Greer's Orchard Tracts Subdivision, Section 34. All in Township 118, Range 22. WHEREAS, all property owners whose prof+erty is liable to be assessed for the making of these improvements were given ten days published notice of the Council hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice and the hearing was held and the property owners heard on the 27th day of April. 1971. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH. 1. Such improvements as set out above.and for the streets as above indicated are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted March 22, '1971. 2. The Village Manager is hereby directed to have the plans and specifications, prepared for the making of such improvement. BE IT HEREBY FURTHER RESOLVED: That said report show the area of Vinewood Lane and Wedgewood Lane in Greer's Orchard Tracts as a separate project with estimated cost figures for same. Pat* 2, Resolution No. 71-3.79 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson, Spaeth and Hunt. No one abstained or voted against. Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
