HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1971-178VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION ORDERIH6 IMPROVEMENTS 4 PREPARATION OF PLANS Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota, was held on the 5th day of "ay, 1971. The following numbers were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilman Hintz, Johnson, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was absent. Councilman Hints introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 71-178 WHEREAS. a resolution of the Village Council adopted the 22nd day of March, 1971, fixed the day of April 20, 1971, as the date for a public hearing on: (Ref. R3) Project 061-1.0-C 341h Aveese and xenim Lane Improvement to consider the installation.` of sanitary sewer, Water, and street restoration with respect to the following _iiseri ed, properties, to -wit: Freunds Addition Block 1, Lots 1, 2 i 3. Freunds Addition Block 2, Lots 1 2 ` 3. Frounds 2nd Addition Block 1, Lots 1,2,3.4,5 6 6. Freunds 2nd Addition Block 2, Lots 1,2,3,4,5 6 6. Outlot 1, Frou:nde 2nd Addition Parcels 2425. 4031, 4041, 4075. 5007, 5019, 5031, 5036. 5043, All in Section:22. Township 118.'Range 22. WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed for the making of these improvements were given ton days published notice of the Council hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice and the hearing wan hold and the property owners heard on the 20th day of April, 1971. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMDUTH: 1. Such improvements for sanitary sewer, water, bituminous street, bituminous curb and gutter for the streets as above indicated. are hereby azdtred as proposed in a resolution adopted March 22, 1971. 2. The Village Manager is hereby directed to have the plans and specifications prepared for the making of such Improvements. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following f Page 2, Resolution No. 71-178 voted in favor thereof: Mayor }tilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth f and Hunt. No one abstained or voted against-..
