RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS S
PREPARATION OF PLANS
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
!tillage Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
5th day of May, 1971.
The following members were present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was absent.

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-177
WHEREAS, a Resolution of the Village Council adopted the 22nd cay
of March, 1971 fixed the 26th day of April, 1971, as the date for a
public hearing on: (Ref. 816) Project•871-1,2,0-C Cavanaugh Addition
Improvement to consider the installation of sanitary ewer, storm semr,
water main and street restoration in the following described area:
Cavanaugh's 3rd Addition - all lots in Blocks 1,2 i 3.
Cavanaugh's 4th Addition - all loth to Blocks 1,2,3,4,5 i 6.
All located in Section 21, Township 118, Range 22
WHEREAS, ill property owners whose property is liable to be assessed
for the making of these improvements were given ten days published notice
of the Council hearing through two weekly publications of the required
notice and the nearing was held and the property owners heard on the
26th day of April, 1971.
NOW, THEREFORE, PE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYNDUTR:
1. Such improvements for sanitary sorer, water, bituminous
street with bituminous curb and gutter with two catch
basins at the low point on 31st Avenue, for the streets
an above indicated, are hereby ordered as proposed in a
Council resolution aeix ted Me:,li 27, 1971.
2. The Village Manager is hereby directed to have the plans
and specifications prepared for the making of such
improvements.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
eecondad by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one abstained or voted against. Whereupon

the resolution vas declared duly passed and adopted.

compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a special
meeting of the Village Council of said Village held May 5. 1971, with
the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full,
true and complate transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates
to the Cavanaugh Addition Project i71 -1,2,0-C.
