the 3rd _ day of May , 1971. The following merabors were
present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt

Councilman Hunt
and moved its adoption:
introduced the following Resolution
RESOLUTION NO. 71-175
WHEREAS, a resolution has to be adopted to sat the time to
hold the Board of Review set for Wednesday, June 30, 1971 and publish
legal notices and post three notices to this effect.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILIAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE: OF PLY110VTH:
The time set forth to hold the Hoard bf Review shall be at
7:30 P.M. Wednesday, June 30, 1971 and held in the Village
Public gorks Administration Building Council Chambers.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt The following voted against (abstained).
None Whereupon the resolution was declared
duly passed and adopted.
