HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1971-173s - VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 3rd day of May, 1971. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. ,No one was absent. *** *se *s* Councilman Hints introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 71•-173 WHEREAS, a preliminary report and supplementary report was given to the Village Council covering Project i71 -2,B Kraetz Lake Storm Sewer Improvement, and WHEREAS, Alternate 1 in the report was considered at an estimated cost of $48,700. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on June 17, 1971 in the Council Chambers in the Public Works Municipal Building at 7:30 P.M. ,The Village Council shall give published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman .Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hints. Jobwwn, Spaeth and Hunt. Whereupon, the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
