RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on
May 3, 1971. The following members were present: Mayor. Hildr..
Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was absent.
Councilman Hintz introduced the following resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 71-171
WHERi,NS, a preliminary report dated December 29, 1970 was submitted
by the Consultant Engineer for the Kraetz Lake Storm Sewer problem.
WHEREAS, a supplementary report dated April 15, 1971 was prepared
and jabwitted by the Consultant Engineer with four (4) alternatives
for Project i71 -2,B Storm Sewer Repair Kraetz Lake Area.
MW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
The Council will consider the aforesaid Improvement in
accordance with the report and the assessment of property
abutting or within said boundaries for all or a portion
of the cost of the improvement pursuant to M.S.A. Sec.
429.011 to 429.111, at an estimated total cost of Alternate:
No. 1 for the estimated cost price of $484700. (See Res. f71-237)
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson,
Hints, Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted against. Whereupon the
resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clark of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have care-
fully compared the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting
held May 3, 1971, with the original thereof on file in my office and
the ease is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
