Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular, (4Ip101M meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on
the 31rd day of May , 1971. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilda, Councilman Johnson, Hints, Spaeth and Bunt

Councilman Johnean introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION H0.21-168
WHEREAS, authorisation Is requested of the village of Plymouth
Village Council to have the !layer and Manager execute a contract
agreement with the North Suburban Mutual Aid Association.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
The Mayor and village Manager of the village of Plymouth aro hereby
authorised to execute a contract agreement with the North Suburban
Mutual Aid Association between the following municipal corporatio0a:
Amwka, lsookly0 Center. Brooklyn Park, Columbia Heights, Coon
Rapids, Crystal, Elk River, Fridley, Golden Valley, Osseo,
New Hope. Plymouth. BobbiseWe sad St. Anthony, M on"ota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Comcilme0 Bust and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof:Msyor Hilda. Councilmen Johnson,
Hints. Spaeth and Hunt. . The following voted against (abstained).]
None Whereupon the resolution was declared
duly passed and adopted.
