Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
3rd day of May, 1971. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was absent.
Councilman Hintz introduced the following resolution and moved

its adoption.
1`ESOLUTION NO. 71-167
WHEREAS, Mr. Arthur Hagedorn, 2715E Larch Lane, requested approval
for a Subdivision Waiver to divide Lot 4, Block 1, Elmhurst Gardens and
incorporate the North half of Lot 4 with Lot 3 and incorporate the South
half of Lot 4 with Lot S.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village
of Plymouth passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April
6, 1966, in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous Records, page 491,
Register of Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota, relating to
the conveyance of parcels of land less than five (5) acres
in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to the
following described lands:
Tract A:
Lot 3 and that part of _Lot 4, Block 1, Elmhurst Gardens,
according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the
office of.the Register of Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
lying North of the South half of said Lot 4
Tract B:
The South half of Lot 4, and all of Lot 5, Block 1, Elmhurst
Gardens, according to the plat thereof on file and of record
in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hennepin County,
Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted Against. Whereupon the resolution
was declared duly passed and adopted.

I. the undersigned. being the duly qualified and acting Clark
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota. hereby certify that I have
carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes
of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village held
March 3. 1911, with the original thereof on fila in my office and
the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar
as the same relates to a Resolution waiving subdivision requirements
for Lot 4. Block 1, FJ.shurst Gardens.
WITNESS. My 'hand officially as such clerk and the corporate
seal of the Village this 17th day of June. 1971.
