HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1971-166VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due cail and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 3rd of May, 1971. The following members were present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was absent. Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 71-166 WHEREAS Mr. Leonard Busch requested approval for a Conditional Use Permit to build four greenhouses adjoining existing greenhouses at 4045 Higievay #101. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: A Conditional Use Permit is hereby approved for Mr. Leonard Busch to build four greenhouses each 401g feet by 210 feet to adjoin the present greenhouses at 4045 Higtway 0101, Hamel. Minnesota. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilman Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted against.
