Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular, (NFEENNI) meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on
the 3rd day of May , 1971. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmer ,ohnsoh, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt
The following members were absent: None
Mayor Hilde introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-165
WHEREAS, Roger Fazendin, 1415 E. Wayzata Blvd., Wayzata. Minnesota
requested approval of the Fazendin Park Preliminary Plat Plan in the
Northwest Quarter of Section 29.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
The Preliminary Plat For Fazendin Park is hereby approved
without acquiring Lots 12 and 13 for a park site.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by _ Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilman Johnson
and Hunt . The following voted against (dam.
Councilmen Hintz and Saaeth . Whereupon the resolution was declared
duly passed and adopted.
