RESOLUTION ACCEPTING fn
Pursuant to dus call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota. was held on the
3rd of May, 1971- The following members were present: Mayor Hilda,
`Councilmen Johnson. Hints, Spaeth and Runt. No one was absent.
Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved
lits adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-163
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement
,of East Medicine Lake Boulevard - Project f69-O.E (70-1,0,E) bids were
ireceived, opened and tabulated according to law and the following bids

were received complying with the advertisement.

WHEREAS, it appears that C. S. McCrossan of Osseo, Minnesota is the
t responsible bidder.
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
"1. The Mayor and Village Manager are hereby authorised and directed
to enter into the attached contract pith C. S. McCrossan of
Osseo. Minn. in the name of the Village of Plymouth for
Project /69-O.E for improvement of East Medicine Lake Blvd.
according to the plans and specifications therefor approved by
the Village Council and on file in the office of the Village
Clerk.
2. The Village Clerk"Is hereby authorized and directed to return
forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids.
except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the
next low et bidder shall be retained until a contract has
been sigc:d."

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,

Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt.; No one voted against. Whereupon the resolution
[was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of
( the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
fi compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a ]regular
{ meating of the Village Council of said village held May 3, 1971, with
the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true
and complete transcript therefrom.
