Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
26th day of April, 1971. The following members were presents Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Johnson, Hints, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was absent.

Councilman Spaeth offered the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION 40. 71-160-A
WHERLAS, the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, has received from the County Auditor of Hennepin
County, Minnesota, a list of land@ in said village which became the
property of the State of Minnesota for non-paymant of taxes, which said
list has been designated as Classification List "643-C"
WHEREAS, each parcel of lead described in said list has heretofore
been classified by the Hoard of County Commissioners of Hennepin County,
Minnesota as non -conservation land and the sale thereof has heretofore
been authorised by said Board of County Commissioners:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by said Villagg Council, acting
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes for 1949, Section 282.01, Subd. 1, that
the said classification by said Board of County Commissionary of each
parcel of land described in said list as non -conservation land be and
the same is hereby approved, and that the sale of each such parcel of
land be and the same is hereby approved.
The question was on the adoption of the resolution, which was second
by Councilman Johnson;, and the roll being called, there were 5 TEAS and no
HAYS, as follows: Mayor Hilda, Councilman Johnson, Hints, Spaeth and Hunt.

I, Caroline J. Hanf, Village Clark of the Village of Plymouth, Hennepin
County, Minnesota do hereby certify that I have compared the foregoing copy
of the resolution of the Villaga Council of the Village of Plymouth with the
original record of such resolution of said Village Council meeting held on
April 26, 1971, and that the seas is a true and correct copy of said original
record and that said resolution was duly adopted by said Village Council at
said meeting.
