Home My WebLink AboutCity Council Resolution 1971-160VILLAGE OF PLYMDUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 26th day of April, 1971. The following members were present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hints, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was absent. +rem Councilman Spaeth offered the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 71-160 WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Hennepin County, tfinnenota. has received from the County Auditor of Hennepin County, Minnesota, a List of lands in said village which became the property of the State of Ylinnesots f# ion -payment of tams, which said list has been designated as Classification List "645-C; and "_SRStS, each parcel of land described in said list has heretofore been classified by the Board of County Commissioners of Hemupin Couaty, Minnesota se non-comearvation land and the sale thereof has heretofore been authorized by said Board of Count? Comaission•ns NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by said Village Council, acting pursuant to Minnesota Statute& for 1949, Section 282.01, Subd. 1. that C the said classification by said Board of Coi;" commissioners of mach { parcel of land described in said list as non-eonserwatiom land be and the sass is hereby approved, and that the sale of each such parcel of land be and the same is hereby approved. The question was on the adoption of the resolution. which wee second by Councilman Johnson, and the roll being called, there 5 YEAS as follows: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hints, Spaeth and Hunt and no NAYS.
