Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a spacial meeting of the

Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minn,sota was held on the
26th day of April, 1971. The following members orere present'
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johasoa, Hintz, Spaeth and hunt. The following
members were absent: None
Councilman Johnson introduced the following rc lution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71- _lig
WHEREAS, Plat 43987, Parcel 3200, Cross First Addition, from the
list of lands in Plymouth Village designated as non -conservation on
Classification List f645 -C is requested to be conveyed as stated below:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT REMY RESILVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL. OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
That Plat 43957, Parcel 3200 from the Classification List #645-C
of 1971 is requested to be conveyed for park purposes.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by CaUncilman SItAgjh and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,
Johnson, Spaeth and Hunt The following voted against:
none thereupon the resolution was declared .

complete transcript therefrom.
