present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth & Hunt.

Mayor Hilda introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-158
WHEREAS, the Acting Manager recommended that a water study be
ordered at a cost of $11,700 for the Village of Plymouth.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE•. COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
The staff of the Village of Plymouth In hereby directed to
have a water study prepared for the amount stated above.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being; taken thereon,
the following; voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. The following; voted against (abstained).
none Whereupon the resolution was declared
duly passed and adopted.
