RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION
OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
26th day of April, 1971. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was
absent.
Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-156
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve 36th Avenue North from Jonquil
Lane to Zachary Lane.and assess the abutting property for all or a
portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to-M.S.A. Sec. 429.011
to 429.111.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED., BY -THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
"That the proposed improvement be referred to the Village
Engineer for study and that he is instructed to report
to the Council with all convenient speed, advise the Council
In a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement
is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as pro-
posed or in connection with some other improvement and the
estimated cost of the improvement as recommended."
The motion was seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being
taken the following voted in favor of the motion: Mayor Hilde, Councilman
Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted against. Whereupon the
motion was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have care-
fully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting
of the Village Council of said Village held on April 26, 1971, with the
original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and
complete transcript therefrom.
