RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
19th day of April, 1971.
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Hintz and Spaeth. The following members were absent: Councilmen
Johnson and Hunt.
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-153
WHEREAS, pursuant to an *dvertisement for bids for one (1) High
Velocity Sewer Cleaning Machine bids were received, opened and tabulated
according to law and the following bids were.received complying with
the advertisement.

WHEREAS, MacQueen Equipment Company of St. Paul, Minnesota was the
lowest qualified bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH;
1. The Mayor and Village Manager :are hereby authorized and
directed to enter Into a contract with MacQueen Equipment Co.
of 595 Aldine St., St. Paul, Minn., in the name of the Village
of Plymouth for one High Velocity Sewer Cleaning Machine
according to the plans and specifications therefor approved
by the Village Council and on file in the office of the
Village Clerk.
2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with
their bids, except that the deposits of the successful
bidder and the next qualified lowest bidder shall be
retained until a contract has been signed.

{ The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof. Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz and
Spaeth. No one voted against or abstained. Whereupon the resolution i
was declared duly passed and adopted. !

I, the undersigned, being the duly-qualified and acting Clerk of
the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular
.meeting of the Village Council of said village held April 19, 1971,
jwith the original thereof on file in my office.
