RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
19th day of April, 1971. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hintz and Spaeth. The following members were
absent: Councilmen Johnson and Hunt.

Councilman Hintz introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-152
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Council the Village
Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for Project p71 -8,A
Fernbrook Lane Street Improvement at an estimated cost of $79,780.00,
from State Highway #55 north on Fernbrook Lane for approximately 2500 feet,
and add a de -acceleration -turning. lane on State Highway f55 to this project.
NOW, THWFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which are attached
hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved.
2. The Village Engineer shall prepare and euase to be inserted
in the official paper and in the Construction Bulletin an
advertisement for bids upon the making of such Improvement
under such approved plans and specifications. The,adver-
tisement shall be published for two weeks, shall specify
the work to be done, shall state that bids will be opened
and considered by the Council at IO:OO A.M. on: Noy 1A.- 1971
In the Council Chambers of the Public Works Municipal Bldg.
and that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed
with the Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's
check, bid bond or certified check payable to the Clerk for
52 of the amount of such bid.:
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Major, Hilda, Councilmen:Hintz and
Spaeth. Noone voted against.or abstained. Whereupon the resolution
was declared duly passed and adopted,

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I how carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular
meeting of the Village Council of said Village held April 19, 1971,
with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full,
true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to
Project t71 -8,A. a
