Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular, (yRgS3j*j) meeting
of the Village- Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on
the 19th day of April , 1971. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hints and Spaeth

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 71-151
WHEREAS, .the Consultant Engineer submitted a report dated March 30,
1971 on Project 069-8 H toimproveHolly Lane from the Rockford Roadto
the Soo Railroad with 4 alternates for improvement and costs estimated
for sate in said report.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RE50LVLD BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE Or PLYMOUTH:
The above report is hereby accepted and the; Cowell will .consider
the aforaraid SwproveeNat in accordance with itha report .ths
assessment of property abattln* or vtthia said ho, #es for ali
or a portion of the eost of the isprowereat pura0ast to M.S.A.
Ssc 429,011 to 429.111, at an estimated total 'coet of the
Improvement as shown on said report of March 30, 19 1.
The motion for the Adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon.
the following voted in favor thereof:_ Mayor Hilda, Councilman Hints
and Spaeth The following voted against (abstained)
none Whereupon the resolution was declared
duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully

full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
