and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-149
WHEREAS, the Consultant Engineer submitted a preliminary report
dated April 5, 1971 for Water, Sever and Streets in Suburbandale on Parker@
Lake Project #71-1,0,8—E at an estimated cost of $104,600.
NOW THEREFORE. BE IT 1IERE13Y RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLY;tOUT, :
The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement in accordance
with the report and the assessment of property abutting or within said
boundaries for all or a portion of the cost of the improwmsnt pursuant
to K.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111, at an estimated total cost of the
improvement as shown.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councils= Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilman Hints -
and Spaeth The following voted agnt -t (abstained),
none Whereupon the resolution was declared
duly passed and adopted.
