Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular nesting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
19th day of April, 1971. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hintz and Spaeth. The following members were
absent: Councilmen Johnson and Hunt.
Mayor Hilda introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
I RESOLUTION NO. 71-148
WHEREAS, Change Order t3 in the amount of $4,139.00 to relocate the
saver limo originally intended to be placed on easements through private
j property from Juneau and 15th to Ringsview and 14th Avenue North and
include first floor drainage for the Hugo Schultz residence at 1145
jUngaview Lane, was submitted for approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGR COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Approval is hereby given for Change Order #3 in the above stated
amount with Northdale Construction Co., 8208 Northwood Parkway, Minneapolis
Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilman Hintz and Spaeth.
No one voted against. Whereupon the resolution was duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clark of the
Village of Plymouth. Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing eztract of the minutes of a regular meeting of
the Village Council.of said Village held April 19, 1971, with the original
thereof on file.
