Mayor Hilde introduced the following resolution arc moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-147
WHEREAS, Change Order #1 on Project d70 -1,0,8-A Parkers Lake Water
and Seger Improvement in the amount of $42,658.00 to provide the extension
of utilities into the Preferred Development plat was submitted for approval,
and
WHEREAS, Change Order /2 on Project i70 -1,0,8-A Parkers Lake Water
and Saver Improvement in the amount of '$19,095.00 to provide service to
the lots on Harbor Lane and 12th Avenue and on Kingsview south of 12th
Avenue in Suburbandale on Parkers Lake was submitted for approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HERESY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
Approval is hereby given for Change Order 41 and Change Order 02
In the above stated amounts with Northdale Construction Company of
8208 Northwood Parkway. Minneapolis. Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon. the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hildt, Councilman Hints and
Spaeth. Whereupon the resolution was declayg4 duly passed and adopted.

1, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clark of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have care-
fully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular
meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on April 19. 1971
with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full,
true and complete transcript therefrom.
