Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular, (00022 4) meeting
Iof the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on
the 19t-bI day of April , 1971. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilman Johnson and Hunt

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-146
WHEREAS, the Finance Director asked for approval to refund $1.00 per
front foot to 5 lots on Trenton Lane for the cost differential to repair
their portion of street as they were assessed in the 1965 street project.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
A refund of $1.00 per front foot from the 1966 Sinking Fund Account
#601 for the following parcels in Plat 43738 are hereby approved:
3200, 6400, 7200, 8000 and 8800. (Exhibit A attached)
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilman Hintz
and Spaeth The following -meted against (abstained).
none Whereupon the resolution was declared
duly passed and adopted.

RE: Refund - Trenton Lane - 5 Lots 1965
The above subject matter is being presented to you for consideration as
per the attached min-ites and date. All indications are that the previous
council in 1966 committed the village to a refund in the cost of repair of
their portion of street as they were a:,Eea9ed for a strr-.t in the 1965 project
and sewer followed, thereby creating as extra assessr.for street restor-
ation.
The total. estimate cost differential amounts to $1.00 per foot on the five
