Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
19th day of April, 1971. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilda, Councilman Hints and Spaeth. Councilman Johnson and
Hunt were absent.

Mayor Hilda introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-144
WHEREAS, a request to upgrade Vicksburg Lane from County Road f6
to County Road #15 to a 9 -ton standard was requested by the Medicine
Lake Bus Company, Wayzata Transportation and Wayzata School District
#284.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
It is the decision of the Plymouth Village Council not to
take any action an upgrading Vicksburg Lane at this time,
but the Council will consider it for a 1972 project.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilman Hintz and
Spaeth. No one 'voted against. Whereupon the resolution was duly
passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of
the Villaga.Council of said Village held on April 19, 1971, with the
original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and
complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal
of the Village this 11th day of May, 1971.
