HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1971-144VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 19th day of April, 1971. The following members were present: Mayor Hilda, Councilman Hints and Spaeth. Councilman Johnson and Hunt were absent. •t!t ttt At+t Mayor Hilda introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 71-144 WHEREAS, a request to upgrade Vicksburg Lane from County Road f6 to County Road #15 to a 9 -ton standard was requested by the Medicine Lake Bus Company, Wayzata Transportation and Wayzata School District #284. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: It is the decision of the Plymouth Village Council not to take any action an upgrading Vicksburg Lane at this time, but the Council will consider it for a 1972 project. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilman Hintz and Spaeth. No one 'voted against.
