VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
{ 19th day of April, 1971. The following members were present:

Mayor Ailde, Councilmen Hintz and Spaeth. Councilmen Johnson and Hunt
were absent.
I Councilman Spaeth introduced the following resolutionand moved

WHEREAS, Balco Building Systems, Inc.. 2809 Wayzata Boulevard, requested y
a subdivision waiver for Lots 23, 24. 25, 26, 27 and 28, except the East
167 feet thereof, in Plymouth Gardens.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the 'Village of
Plymouth passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6,
1966, in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous Records, page 497,
Register of Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota, relating to the
conveyance of parcels of land less than five (5) acres in
area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to the
following described lands:
Tract A:
All of Lots 23, 24, 25. 26, 27 and 28, Plymouth Garde-&, in
the Village of Plymouth. Hennepin County except the East
167' thereof.
Tract B:
The Lest 167' of Lots 23, 24, 25, 26, 27 and 28, Plyoouth f
Gardena in the Village of Plymouth. Hennapin Cocmty.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilaan.Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Council=n Hintz and
Spaeth. No one voted against. Whereupon the resolution was duly passed
and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth. Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
! compared the attached and foregoing e:pract of the minutes of a regular
meeting of the Village Council of said Village held April 19. 1971, with
the original thereof on file in my office and the sans i■ a full, true
and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to a
resolution waiving subdivision requirements in Plymouth Gardens.
