Pursuant to due 'call and notice .thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
'1 19th day of April, '1971. The following members were present:
i Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz and Spaeth. Councilmen Johnson and
Hunt were absent.
Councilman Hintz introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-140
i WHEREAS, Leon P. Lauer, 17435 Medina Road, requested approval for a
consolidation of Tract A to Tract C of property in the NWh of Section
20, T.118, R.22. k
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT dEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Consolidation of the following tracts of land are hereby approved.

( Tract A:
The West 230' of the North 490' of the NW's of the NW's
except that part thereof lying South of Medina Road
M� (formerly County Road #48).
j And that part of the East 40' of the West 270' of the
! NWS of the NWk lying Northerly of the centerline of said
�. Medina Road, Section 20, Township 118 North, Range 22 West
of the 5th Principal Meridian.
Tract C: !

And that.part of the East, 40' of the West 270' of the
NWh of the NW's lying Northerly of the centerline of said .
Medina Road,
Section 20, Township 118 North, Range 22 West of the 5th
Principal Meridian.. It does not purport to show improve-
ments or enczoac6ants. For purposes of the survey the
centerline of travel has been assumed to be the centerline
of Medina Road.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth and 1,
Hintz. No one voted against. Whereupon the resolution was duly

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
i Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular
meeting of the Village Council of said Village held April 19, 1971,
with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full,
true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to
a consolidation of two tracts of land in the Nils of Section 20.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate seal of
the Village this 26th day of April, 1971.
