1. That the requirements of Ordinance 9166-1 of the village of
Plymouth passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6,
1966, in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous Records, pane 497.
Register of Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota, relating to

the conveyance of parcels of land less than five (5) acres
in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to the
