RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS AND
PREPARATION OF PLANS
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the '
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
5th day of April, 1971. -
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Spaeth and Hunt. Councilman Hintz was absent.
Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution<and moved
its adoption: '

R� WHEREAS, a resolution of the Village Council adapted the 28th day
ii of September, 1970, fixed the 26th day of October, 1970, as the date
for a public hearing on Project fi70-8,9-F to improve Nathan Lane from
a' 10th Avenue North to 13th Avenue North. .
j� WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed
ji
for the making of this improvement was given ten days' published notice
of the Council hearing through two weekly publications of the required
inotice and the hearing was held and the property owners heard on the
I
said date.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
�+ OF PLYMOUTH:
1. Such improvements as set out above and for the streets as V c
above indicated are hereby ordered as proposed in the
Council Resolution adopted September 14, 1970.

2. The Acting Manager is hereby directed to have prepared
the plans and specifications for the making of such +j
improvement. t''s

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the j
j following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilman Johnson,
CiSpaeth and Hunt. No one voted against.
E= Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

1, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular
council meeting held on April 5, 1971 with the original thereof an file
in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal of
