Pursuant to due call. and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the;

Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
5th day of April, 1971. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Spaeth .and Hunt. Councilman Hintz
was absent.

Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-136
WHEPEAS, Project N70 -8,9-F Nathan Lane Improvement has already
been presented at a public hearing this project should nat be included
in Resolution No. 71-101.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:`{_'
It is hereby directed that Project 1170-8,9-F, Nathan Lars Ieprovaieot
from 10th Avenue to 13th Avenue be deleted from'Resolution i71-101
which was adopted March 22, 1971.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilds, Councilmen Johnson,
Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted against, whereupon the resolution was
duly passed and adopted. j--`

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular mating of
the Plymouth Village Council held on April 5, 1971 with the original
thereof on file in my offica and the same is a full, true and complete
transcript therefrom.
