VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plrmouth, Minnesota was hold on the
Sth day of April, 1971. The following members were present: Mayor Hilda,
Councilmen Johnson, Spaeth and Hunt. Councilman Hintz was absent.

Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:

RESOLUTION NO. 71-133
WHEREAS, applications for Cigarette Licensee and Cigarette Lieanse
renewals were received for approval for the period from January to December 197.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
i VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: 1{
Approval is hereby given to issue Cigarette Licensee to the following
applicants:
Ernie's Texaco - 9605 36th Ave. No.
j Summit Gear - 3131 Vicksburg Lane
I� J's Pizza - 3433h County Road 1118
Bill's Purity Superette - 3437 County Road 018
Highway Liquor Store - 3435 County Road 018
Tom Thumb Superette 10760 Highway 055
!� The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly

seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
J following voted in favor thereof: !Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Spaeth
and Hunt. No one voted against, whereupon the resolution was duly
passed and adopted.
