1 Councilmen Johnson,,, Spaeih and Hunt. Councilman Hintz was absent.

}i Councilman Johnson introduced rhe following resolution and moved
its adoption:
} RESOLUTION NO. 71-132
!E WHEREAS, The Robbinsdale Transfer and All State Disposal made
r}
ii application for renewal of their Garbage Hauler's License effective
April 1, 1971 to March 31, 1972.
fi NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF

THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
j Approval is hereby given to renew the Garbage Hauler's Licenses
( for the Robbinsdale Transfer, 4004 West Broadway, Minneapolis and
( All State Disposal Service, 7570 Highway #65 N. E., Minneapolis,
effective April 1, 1971 through March 31, 1972.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
1 seconded by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
l; Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted against, whereupon the resnlution was
ii duly passed and adopted.
