HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1971-131Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOL[TfION NO. 71-131 WHEREAS, Boyer Garbage applied for a renewal of the Garbage Hauler's License effective April 1, 1971 through March 31, 1972. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: A Garbage Hauler's License effective April 1, 1971 for a period of sixty (60) days is hereby approved for Boyer Garbage, with the request that Mrs. Boyer appear before the village'Counci2 on April 190 1971, otherwise said license shall lapse at the end of the sixty (60) day period, (May 31, 1971). The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted against. Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
