RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
ORDERING ADTMISMW FOR BIDS
Pursuant to due call end notice thereof, a regular meeting of the

Village Council of the Ville" of Plymouth. Minnesota. was held on the
5th day of April. 1971.
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilman Johnson.
Spaeth and Hunt. Councilman Uinta was absent.

Councilman Hunt introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:

WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Council the Village
#i Engineer has prepared plana and apselfications for Project 070-1,0-E Beett
>i Medicine Lake Boulevard Street Improvements and has ptoeeated ameh
plans and specifications to the Council for approval.

1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which aro attached
4 hereto and ands a part hereof, are hereby approved.
2. The Village Euglmst shall prepare and come to be inserted
in the official paper and in the Construction Bulletin
an advertisement for b_de upon the mating of such improve -
meat under such approved plans and specifieationa. The
advertisement shall be published for Lve weeks, uhall
specify the work to be done, aba11 state that bids will
be opened and considered by the Council at 10:30 A.M. as
April 30, 1971 in the Council Chambers in the public Worts
Municipal Building, and that so bids will be coaniderad
unless sealed and filed with the Clerk and accompanid by
a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified
check payable to the Clark of 52 of the mount of such
bid.
The h titinrfek the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda. Councilmen Johnson.
Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted against. Whereupon the resolution was
declared duly passed and adopted.
