HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1971-121i VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH y i :ursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the j 5th day of April, 1971. The following members were present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Spaeth and Hunt. Councilman Hintz was absent. ' Councilman Hunt introduced the following resolution and moved its =' +f adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 71-121 i WHEREAS, Mr. & Mrs. Robert Hoppe, Mr. & Mrs. Jack Bergren, Mr. & Mrs. Gerald Loecken and Mr. & Mrs. Lawrence J. McGowan have requested ii the Council to reconsider their assessment for the Fernbzoak Lane E Improvement Project. tt f l NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: Approval is hereby given to reduce the Fernbrook Lane Improvement 'front !f Project assessment from $15.50 per front foot to $8:00 per Sj foot on the following parcels in Plat 445101.1 rr 2200 - 3000 - 7500 - 8000 J " The motion for the adoption of the foregoing reaoution was duly seconded by Councilmen Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following, E voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Spaeth and'Hunt. t T f� No one voted against.
