HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1971-120VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the 'i Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the ff ;, 5th day of April, 1971. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, l Councilman Johnson, Spaeth and Hunt. Councilman Hintz was absent. Councilman Spaeth introduced the following resolution and moved !; its adoption: ! RESOLUTION NO. 71-120 Ef WHEREAS, Mr. Eugene L. Berthisume, 2705C Fernbrook Lane, requested the Village Council to reconsider his assessment for streets, sewer, water and storm sewer in the Central Area Project at a commercial - industrial rate on Plat 43721, Parcel 6810. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE.OF PLYMOUTH: Approval is hereby given to defer the assessment on Plat 43721, Parcel 6810 for the Central Area Improvements is the amount of $4,358.88 for Eugene L. Berthistano for five (5) years unless said property is sold within that period. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the ifollowing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, , Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted against, whereupon the resolution van duly passed and adopted.
