Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the s

Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Spaeth and'Hunt. Councilman Hintz

WHEREAS, Magney Construction Company has requested final payment

fl for the Municipal Public Works Building in the amount of $14,626.47.
ii NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF

=k+ THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:

Approval is hereby given to make final payment in the amount of f,
$14,626.47 to Magney Construction Company for construction of the
Village of Plymouth Municipal Public Works Building, 149000 23rd Aven-:,;: -:

The motion for the adoption of'the foregoing resolution was duly

seconded by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,

�i duly passed and adopted.
