Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of. the
Village Council of -the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

5th day of April, 1971. The Following members were present, Mayor"Hilde, f
Councilmen Johnson, Spaeth and Hunt. Councilman Hintz was absent.

Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved +
its adoption: l
lRESOLUTION NO. 71-118
;l WHEREAS, a change order on the Parkers Lake Sewer 3 Water Project
ti
1�} has been submitted to extend the water main, sanitary sewer and storm
f sewer into the Preferred Development plat between 21st and 23rd Avenues
,f
{ in the amount of $42,658.

}� NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
zi THE VILLAGE OF PLYMDUTH:
Approval is hereby given for a change order with Northdale
_Construction Company in the amount of $42,658.00 on Project
/70-1,0,8-A Parkers Lake Water and Sewer Improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded

by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Spaeth and Hunt.
No one voted against, whereupon the resolution was duly 8 P Y Passed and �
adopted.
