Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
,Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the i

!5th day of April, 1971. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, {
j
iCauncilmen Johnson, Spaeth and Hunt. Councilman Hintz was absent.
Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved
;its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-116
1 WHEREAS, Clara Fredrickson, 4516 Williston Road, Hopkins, Minnesota
requested preliminary plat approval for Fredrickson Addition located
'JEast of Revere Lane, South of County- Road f9, File A-293.
tf NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED -BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF

{! THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
The preliminary plat for the Fredrickson Addition is hereby approved "
subject to the following conditions.

1. Granting of the indicated easements and others deemed necessary
{( by the Village•Engineer.
�j 2. Dedication of 13.5' for Revere Lane right-of-way as indicated.
3. Granting a variance for the minimum lot size for Lots 3 and 4
{� (about 3100,sq.ft. depending on the final plat dimensions).

4. Working out an acceptable park fund agreement with the village in
lieu of park land dedication which is not available within this
plat.
! 5. Allowing no building permits to be issued for Lox 1 until necessary,
drainage easements are determined.
6. Requiring the developer -owner to provide all additional improve-
({ ments (sewer; curb cuts, utility hook-ups, etc.) as necessary.
The motion for the adoption.of the foregoing resolution was duly'
ji seconded by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
+� following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde; Councilmen Johnson, Spaeth

and Hunt. No one voted against. {{
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. f
