I RESOLUTION NO. 71-115
WHEREAS, Mr. Francis Carey, 3306 Edgewood Avenue North, requested
Council's approval of the Carey Addition final plat plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HERESY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF j
THE VILLAGE OF PLYtNJUTH:
Approval is hereby given for.the final plat plan of the Carey
Addition located at 28� Avenue'North.and Norwood Lane as shown except
that the portion ofthedevelopment coitract'dealing with -the utility
improvements be delayed until a decision on the,overali water project
for the area is determined.
The motion .for the adoptl,6o of the 'foregoing resolution- was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilsien Johnson,

Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted against. Whereupon the resolution was j
duly passed and adopted.
