WHEREAS, Mr. Thomas Dederichs requested the Village Council to

d consider his appeal of the denial made by the Board of Zoning Adjustment
�• for his variance request of 12'of the 15' sideline requirement to
build a garage at 61.9 Quantico Lane.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BV THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
? THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Approval is hereby given to Mr. Thomas Dederichs, 638
Quantico Lane,

granting 12' variance of the 15' aldeline requirement to build a detached
i garage on his property at said address'.
�f. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
}j seconded by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilman Johnson, Spaeth
and Hunt. No one voted against. Whereupon the resolution was duly passed
and adopted.
