The following members were present: Mayor Hilda, H Councilmen Johnson, Spaeth and hunt. Councilman Hintz was absent. ar** *t* a** Councilman Hunt introduced the following resolution and moved its if adoption: ii i RESOLUTION NO. 71-113 } WHEREAS, Tescom, Inc., 2633 4th St. S.E., Minneapolis, Minn. has (� i requested site plan approval for their proposed plant to be constructed t { on the Past side of Niagara Lane South of 27th Avenue. i I NOW, T",PE:FORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE C VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTF: i The site plan submitted by Tescom, Inc, fox their proposed plant is hereby approved ,subject to the 'Village Engineer's approval concerning ;easements, utilities and dreinage-and the Planner'sapproval of their detailed landscaping plan. j r..e motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconde3 by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilman Johnson, 119paeth and Hunt. No one voted against. 4! Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
